I've tried all different kinds of exercise. I've done pilates, I've done barre, I've had trainers who use all the newest and fancy equipment and I really struggled to keep motivated because I never really saw proper results. I love training with Mike because it takes it back to the basics, he uses old school 'army like' training methods which I love and I saw and experienced immediate results which keeps me motivated and moving forward. I'm super excited to see where Mike can take my body and to see where we are at in a years time.
